Instructions To Order Your Securitized Commercial Mortgage Audit

Step 1 - Scan all documents requested in the Required Documents For Audit Worksheet. PLEASE NOTE: All documents must be in PDF format.

Step 2 - Email your documents (along with your contact information) to: This email address is only for audit submissions, questions regarding the status of an audit, or questions regarding a completed audit.

Step 3 - You will receive a return email if we need any other documents submitted or documents are missing.

Step 4- Make your payment using one of the following options:

Option A - Certified Funds or Official Check
